Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the "Prooved" service (the "Service"), provided by Martin Dehlan, Am Breiten Luch 46, 13053 Berlin (the "Provider"). By registering, you agree to these terms.

Prooved allows users to verify ratings and reputation data from third-party platforms (e.g. eBay, PayPal, Vinted, Kleinanzeigen) via official APIs or bio-code methods and to bundle them into a public profile.

The Provider does not create its own ratings. Displayed values come exclusively from the respective third-party platform.

Use requires registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Only one account per person is permitted.

You warrant that all connected platform accounts actually belong to you. Connecting third-party accounts is prohibited.

You undertake not to use the Service to:

• impersonate foreign accounts or ratings,
• circumvent technical safeguards or rate limits,
• pass bio codes or verification tokens to third parties,
• perform automated mass queries (scraping),
• violate the terms of the connected third-party platforms.

The Provider has no official business relationship with eBay, PayPal, Vinted, Kleinanzeigen, Discogs or other mentioned platforms unless explicitly stated. Availability and function of individual integrations may change if third-party platforms adjust their APIs or policies.

The Provider strives for high availability but does not owe uninterrupted reachability. Maintenance work, outages at third-party platforms or force majeure may cause restrictions.

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages from injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

No liability is assumed for the accuracy of data provided by third-party platforms.

You can delete your account at any time under Settings. The Provider may suspend or delete accounts for violations of these terms.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms. You will be informed of material changes by email. Right to object: 30 days; after expiry, the amended terms are deemed accepted.

German law applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
